There are three different sets of required Pre-Departure Forms for non-credit international programs: Students, Program Leader, and Guests. All forms must be turned in no later than May 1 for June and July departures or one month prior to the program for all other departures.Students participants will automatically be enrolled in and billed for student overseas health insurance. See the brochure for this coverage. Participants will be assessed a $125 late fee for late submission of forms.
