Freeman - Asia Scholarship
Students must develop a service project that increases understanding of Asian cultures and peoples that they will complete upon their return to the United States. The program is designed to pomote mutual understanding and exchange between the student and his/her host country.
The award assists in the costs associated with study abroad including program fees, airfare, living expenses, local transportation books, etc.
Amount: Varies: $3,000-$7,000.
To Apply: Schedule an appointment with our on-campus representative, Mary Beth Falkner in the Education Abroad Office (206-296-2226) to determine eligibility and begin the application process. Students can also complete an interest form online through the Horizons system.
