Transferring Credits to SU

If you participate in the Suzhou or Grenoble exchange programs or a non-SU program, you must arrange for the transfer of credits back to Seattle University. Classes from these programs are treated like transfer credits from another U.S. university or college. Students participating in SU programs are not required to go through this process, with the exception of participants of the Suzhou and Grenoble exchange programs.

Without official transcripts from your program abroad, Seattle University cannot credit you with the classes you have taken.

Please instruct your program provider to have your official transcripts sent to the following address:

Undergraduate Admissions, Seattle University, 901 12th Avenue - P.O. Box 222000, Seattle, WA, 98122, USA

Note: Before deciding on which classes you will take abroad, be sure to have a conversation with your academic advisor to ensure you are enrolling in classes which will fulfil requirements towards your graduation from SU! This process is set in motion when you file a Course Approval Form.  See: Required Documents.
