Summer Short-term Course Participants

All participants of faculty-led, short-term, overseas courses must complete the following documents and submit them to the faculty Program Director by May 1 for program departures in June and July or one month prior to departure for August and September departures.

There is a $125 late fee for forms submitted after the due date.
