Research Focus

As the Wismer Professor, Dr. Moe-Lobeda's research will focus on two scholarly projects.  One, entitled "'Race, Class, Gender, and the Earth Crisis: Pedagogies for Social Change" will examine links between ecological degradation and social injustice. The other, entitled "The Bible in Ethics: When 'Race,' Class, Gender, and Sexual Orientation Matter," addresses a set of questions about the Bible's use and authority around moral issues.
