    Our Purpose is to help people make better decisions about how they use their resources.  We do this through our primary activities:

    Support, facilitate, compile, and implement resource allocation decisions culminating in the university's annual budget

    Create, refine, and regularize institutional capabilities regarding financial analysis and management reporting

    Lead and contribute to the development and continuous improvement of financial operations and processes

    Ensure transparent communication and education about resource management to internal constituents
