How SU can be more sustainable - Students in Prof. Chamberlain and Prof. Moe-Lobeda's THRS 324 Religion and Ecology class researched and wrote recommendations on how to reduce the consumption of disposable dishware, bottled water, paper and energy; increase recycling in the residence halls and reduce car trips to campus. Other teams created a Sustainable Living Guide for students and compared SU's sustainability programs to other West Coast faith-based universities. Read the final papers.
