About Tooba:
Hi guys! My name is Tooba and I'ma junior at SU. I'm originally from Karachi, Pakistan and I moved to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia when I was around 1 and a half years old. From there I moved to Dubai, UAE when I was 11 and at 18, I came to Seattle. Needless to say, long-haul flights are my thing! I'm a somewhat undecided major; leaning towards a Communications/Journalism major and an Art minor. As your international representative this year, I would love to hear what you guys have to say about... anything!
Tooba’s goals:
I definitely want to make SGSU a more recognized group on campus and make the individual representatives well-known by more people. More specifically, I want to work on making International students' transitions from home to SU a smoother process.
Why she loves Seattle University:
I'd say the best thing about SU is the diversity and friendliness of the student body! I'm pretty sure you asked for a free hug, you'd get one :)
