Salaried Staff and Faculty
Pay period for salaried staff and faculty is from the 1st of
the month through the end of the month (28th/29th, 30th, or 31st).
Hourly Employees, Union Employees,
and Temporaries
Pay period for hourly employees are from the 11th though the
25th and from the 26th though the 10th of the following month.
Hourly Students
Pay period for hourly students is from the 1st of the month
through the end of the month (28th/29th, 30th, or 31st). Please note that Winter 2013 will bring important changes to hourly student payroll processing. Click here for more information.
