Advocacy Skills Training
This is a two-day training which helps participants develop a shared understanding of social justice advocacy, the dynamics of political power, advocacy methods and tactics, and community organizing strategies. The Advocacy Skills Training is co-sponsored by the Office of the Provost, Center for Service and Community Engagement, and Magis: Alumni Committed for Mission.
The training is a three day commitment (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) offered at little to no cost to the participants, and participants are expected to attend all three sessiosn in full. For specific dates of the trainings, please visit our calendar.
