  • Folders


    Folders are located in the CMS Workarea window.  Only website editors can see them.  Folders are used to help organize webpages, pictures, and documents in the CMS. In this example, we are creating a new folder to help organize the faculty pages within the Zoology website.



    Creating Folders

    1. Navigate to the Workspace Editor.
    2. Find folder where you want to place your new folder.
    3. Click on the folder. Go to the New menu. Choose Folder within the menu.
    4. Create a name for the folder.  Adding a description is optional.
    5. Click the Add Folder button.
    6. The new folder should appear on the left side of the window.
