Research requests

From time to time, SU colleagues come to us with specific enquiries relating to research into teaching and learning, and seeking evidence from the literature to inform their decisions about such issues as curriculum design, academic development, instructional technology use or educational processes and policies. Other requests are for materials to help faculty in their pedagogic practice.

Recent research requests have included:

  • The impact of social class on student learning
  • Race and gender bias in student course evaluations
  • Examples of grading rubrics

If you have an enquiry of this nature, please contact us at cetl@seattleu.edu
